Hey, just thought I'd make a post about saunas, since sweat lodges are pretty rare. I've been testing out a sauna lately also known as a 'sweat bath.' Very important to drink pure water while doing this. I even add a small amount of himalayan salt to help replace minerals lost during sweating. I have read that doing sweat baths improves the body's natural ability to sweat, which I've found to totally be the case. The past couple days I have been sweating up a storm whenever the temperature became relatively hot. However, where I live is probably hot enough to sit in a car parked in the sun with the windows up and take a sweat bath.
