i'm not sure what causes this type of damage.  fertilizer burn?  insects?  has anyone seen this before?

mites, possible root damage, and light burn combo.
re graft on a fresh pereskiopsis.
spray with neem, and reduce light values.

it can be saved if ya act.

gimme a minit and ill show some pics of similar issues ive seen in my lab/ garden.

The only insects I've seen looked like maybe either thrips or gnat larvae.  No spider mites yet praise xenu!  What Concentration of neem?  I've always thought you couldn't use neem on cacti.

weve been blasting cacti with neem for at least a decade...all types.
TSP per quart/ liter , 3 drops dish soap.

mites are rarely seen and are spotted by the damage.

im going thru archives, i have pics of these pehenom......

even seedlings?  i heard it clogs the stomata..  but i guess then you just spray them during the day?  in canada you have to buy neem through beauty supply stores as of 2012...  a bit ridiculous for something as benign as neem...  thanks for the tip(s).
