This is very impressive. We are intrigued and interested in learning more about how all this fancy equipment works.

Are you familiar with  Stephen Harrod Buhner's: Sacred and Herbal Healing Beers?

We would be quite interested in learning how all that stainless steel could contribute to the recipes presented in that guidebook.  ;D
